First off, hah! Thanks! and these are off the cuff answers:
1) My family.
2) Getting something accomplished (even if it’s just cleaning the bathroom; but usually creating stuff in Photoshop or Sims)
3) Running. Lacing up and hitting the pavement burns a crapload of aggression and stress for me. I get some of my best thinking (outside of long showers) done then.
4) Music. The right music can knock you straight into a good mood.
5) Meeting new people and making / chatting to friends, virtual or otherwise. 🙂
